Committees

NMDP depends on fundraising to facilitate life-saving stem cell transplants. Every dollar you raise and donate helps grow the registry, provide financial relief to patients and their families, and fund research to make transplant safer and more available to all patients. 

Members can contribute to NMDP by participating in all the events which MHS HOSA hosts, like Kahoots or bingos but especially class wars. Be in the lookout for class jars! Remember that pennies are positive points while everything else are negative points!  In the future we are going to be having more events later on so be ready to participate!

Preparing for HOSA competitions and events requires organization, dedication, and the right resources. At Middleton HOSA, we have created a Resource Committee to ensure our members are well-prepared by organizing breakout rooms tailored to different competition types. Our committee is divided into Testing, Skills, and Presentation. The Testing group focuses on study strategies, practice exams, and content review for written assessments. The Skills group helps members master hands-on procedures through guided practice and demonstrations. The Presentation group supports competitors with speech delivery, teamwork, and professional communication. By utilizing these breakout rooms, members can receive targeted preparation, gain confidence, and maximize their performance at competitions.
